We ask that you kindly ensure that you are placing your order for the correct items. We begin processing all orders shortly after it is made and so we cannot allow for any cancellations under any circumstances.
Shipping Policy
COVID-19 POLICY:
Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, due to the pandemic it may take the shipping company longer to deliver your items. We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please note that all orders take up to 2-6 business days to process.
SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW up to 3 to 8 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process.
If a product ordered is on back-order you will be notified via email.
Orders are shipped on Monday through Friday; no orders are shipped on weekends.
All orders placed after 2pm EST will start processing on the following business day.
***Business Hours are from 11am - 5pm EST, holidays do not count as a business day.
MOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM OUR PROCESSING CENTER IN ASIA. MOST ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 3-6 DAYS.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

(United States) 2-3 Business Day Shipping USPS First Class Mail
(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
Once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777)
All Packages come with a tracking number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office.
