Terms and Conditions for Salon Memberships & Packages
1. Membership & Package Overview:
- Packages and Memberships are non-refundable.
- Packages must be used within the stated time frame; unused services will expire.
- Membership services are for personal use only and in the event you want someone else to use your service for the current month please book an appointment in your name for the service and leave a note in comments.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations:
- Once you purchase a package or Membership please book the service(s) to utilize the membership or package.
- Service(s) only mentioned in the membership or package are eligible to use with the package/membership.
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a service charge or forfeiture of the session.
- No-shows will also result in a loss of that session or a penalty fee.
3. Payment Terms:
- Membership fees are billed monthly depending on the chosen plan.
- Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and cash will also be accepted at the physical location.
4. Refunds & Expirations:
- Memberships are non-refundable once activated.
- Packages expire based on each individual package. Please review the specific package you purchased for the expiration terms.
- Memberships can be cancelled at any point without any penalties prior to your monthly deduction.
5. Service Policies:
- All services included in memberships or packages must be booked and completed by 1 individual. You can not split a package into services for multiple people.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, deals, or coupons.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate the next appointment.
6. Suspension or Termination:
- The salon/spa reserves the right to terminate memberships or packages due to misuse, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with policies.
7. Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for updating their contact and billing information.
- Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed prior to service to ensure safe and effective treatments.
8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [State of Michigan].
